Hi, I'm Dylan Theisen

…a multimedia designer, reporter, and producer with specialized experience in the sports industry. I pride myself on telling community stories with a unique vision as brought to life through multimedia production. My passions lie in sports media and broadcast journalism, and it is my goal to work on the digital media team of a professional sports or news organization.

My interest in communications began at a young age when I became the P.A. announcer for our local youth sports teams at 11 years old. Through high school, I competed on the speech & debate team as an orator and qualified for the state tournament in each of my four seasons. All the while, I pursued hobbies of graphic design and social media management — which quickly became career aspirations.

Since then, I have turned my passions into practical career experience, working as a television producer, graphic designer, social media manager, and multimedia journalist for organizations surrounding Ohio University. Today, I continue to seek new opportunities in these industries and would love to bring my passion for digital communication to your organization.
